Lana Del Rey New Song 2013 Leak: 'Let My Hair Down' is Relaxed, Old-fashioned Love Song in Latest Unofficial Release from 'Young & Beautiful' Singer

It has been on the week since a brand new song from "Youthful & Beautiful" singer Lana Del Rey has leaked. Thinking about the summer time she's had, that's quite the accomplishment. Today, however, another formerly unreleased Del Rey track sprung on SoundCloud, "Let My Hair Lower."

Having a relaxed beat (that is in some way similar to a '60s cabana party -- think Don Draper in California), and relaxed, slightly mumbled vocals from Del Rey, "Let My Hair Lower" is really a shuffling love song about finding security in somebody new. "You are making me wanna let my hair lower / You have me moving like no-one can / You have me dancing in the stairs now, guy / You receive me moving like no-one can,Inch Del Rey sings each line frequently, emphasizing the nippiness vibes from the track.

Based on tags around the SoundCloud publish that "Let My Hair Lower" originated from, the song was recorded between 2007. This could mark the track from roughly the same time frame because the Rhianna diss track "So Legit." 2007 was when Del Rey was still being recording under her birth title, Lizzie Grant, and it is a complete year before her first Air "Kill Kill" was launched.

"Let My Hair Lower" is among many Lana Del Rey tunes to leak online this summer time. Other unofficially launched tracks include: "Maha Maha," "Black Beauty," "Nowadays" and "Inside A Bad Way," amongst others.
